These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StudyFlow AI website and services. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use StudyFlow AI. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorisation.
- Use the AI tutor to generate content that is hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or otherwise prohibited.
- Resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes, plans, and other content you create on StudyFlow. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
5. AI output
StudyFlow uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for assignments or exams. We do not guarantee accuracy.
6. Payment and subscriptions
Free features are available at no cost. Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyFlow AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to the service
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where StudyFlow AI is operated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
